Ben Puckett

Ben joined our team in 2018. Ben is a retired senior living executive with 37 years’ experience leading retirement communities and long-term care facilities. Since his retirement in 2017 he has worked as a tax preparer and financial consultant to local businesses. He specializes in individual taxation. He has served on several local nonprofit boards.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Master of Business Administration from Lynchburg College. He specializes in individual, trust, and estate tax compliance.

Outside the office, Ben enjoys playing tennis, biking, reading, watching sports (especially UVA, the Atlanta Braves and professional tennis) and spending time traveling with his wife Beth, four grown children, and four grandchildren.
